Part Two: We went to the rugby. And had a lot of fun

Oh what fun!
Definitely an awesome evening out, such energy-such excitement- such anticipation.
Again, Again!

Part One: We went to the rugby. And visited an old school.

I went to a rugby game for the first time yesterday, where we watched the Bulls defeat the Brumbies at Loftus stadium.
The stadium happens to be next to Affies (Afrikaans Boys High School) where we had a braai before the match.
Wow, what a school, over 90 years old, and built to last. Such beautiful detail- such history, I could have wondered the halls for days.

Madame Zingara

I am so excited!
In early 2010 I was lucky enough to attend Madame Zingara as part of my work's year end function. I had such a phenomenal time, and decided that because they are in Joburg again I am going to take Craig to go see them.
The experience includes an incredible 4-course meal, and a show. Mind you, this is not just any show; I would describe it as a circ de soleil/ circus/ extravaganza
I can certainly recommend the show to anyone looking for an awesome evening out. You can check out ticket prices and dates here.

Miniature Tigers

Of late I have been addicted to downloading the music mixes that Miss Moss compiles. In this, I came across two or three songs by a band called Miniature Tigers, and have fallen in love! They're an indie pop band based in New York, and they make the sweetest sounds. In particular look out for a song called Boomerang- I dare you to not tap your foot to this song- and want to break out in dance!

You can take a listen to some of their tracks here.

Happy Vintage Easter

May you eat as much chocolate as your mouth will allow you to at one time :)

Rosemary Hill

Showee it's been some time since I've graced the pages of my wee blog.
I've missed you.
Well as a valid excuse, Craigy and I sold our home, had a week to find a new place, move out and get settled in.
Which we did, about two months back. Since then, I've been trying to make our new place a comfortable nest, while we get ready to build our dream home (which will hopefully start no later than June- and rest assured you shall see the development every step of the way).

However, in more interesting news, I was invited, by my friend Sunny, to attend a high tea, which was held at a lovely place in Pretoria called Rosemary Hill. They provide hats, gloves and purses for dress up, and make the most delectable eateries, and most delicious tea.
As below, we had a fab time.

Bye for now, see you soon!
